Rachel & Anthony Bellavista Milnrow

The Bellavista in Milnrow, Rochdale

The wedding of Rachel and Anthony

Another fabulous wedding at the Bellavista in Milnrow! and lots of familiar faces!

Having grown up in Milnrow, it was great to see a handful of old school friends at this wedding – including an old best friend! Emma Stenson (Porter), and that was alongside several new friends – including Anna & Ed, who’s own wedding I had recently photographed, and Bernie & Dan – who are close family friends.

I met Rachel and Anthony whilst I was a guest at the wedding of Bernie and Dan – and somehow I convinced them to  let me photograph their wedding 🙂

Funnily enough – the wedding started 2 minutes from were I currently live – in Whitworth, before moving on to my old stomping ground in Milnrow, for the main event, with a brief stop at the Fishermans Inn by Hollingworth lake in between (is it still called that?)

The rain didn’t dampen spirits at all – apart from stopping the confetti throw – and we just about managed to squeeze everybody indoors for the group shot!

Big thanks to Rachel and Tony for making my job so simple! and your fabulous friends and family who provided the best atmosphere and laughs, with a special mention to the 2 most beautiful flower girls – Erin and Amelie.

There are 1963 photographs to look at for this wedding – which will take you a while to view! but to start with, I have taken a few hundred of my favourite, and put them in the slideshow below.  The slideshow tells the story of the day, and has music in the background, so do turn your speakers up!
